Program Coordinator - Young Women in Computer @ NMSU
- Managed the successful and growing NSF-funded "Young Women in Computer Program" in the New Mexico State University Computer Science Department to promote the understanding of Computer Science in diverse young women
- Supervised six undergraduate employees in the creation of Computer Science promotional programming
- Collaborated with other university NSF-funded programs to coordinate and execute a month-long Computer Science program for approximately 30 high school students
- Successfully organized, implemented and improved upon a week-long Computer Science summer program for approximately 20-25 middle school students
- Promoted regional recognition of YWiC by obtaining the program's first live news coverage to promote summer programs
