Having been Sarah Graves' direct supervisor for over a year and a half has offered me the opportunity to continually observe her strengths, performance, and skills on a regular basis. Sarah's performance is important, not only to her team, but also to herself. The understanding that her performance directly affects the success of her team is something that drives her to do her best each and every day. She takes pride in her work and accomplishment. Along with the attitude of performing well, comes another great aspect of her performance: her willingness to learn and take that education and use it effectively. Her performance continues to make many, including myself, look at her as a fine role model.

Sarah's skills, which are many, also make her a highly valuable asset to any team. Skills such as comprehension of technical information; communication with team members, the general public, and supervisors; and people skills continue to be effective on a regular basis. (Her people skills stem from a deep desire to help any and everybody.) Sarah also maintains a good business sense and seeks understanding from multiple sources when an immediate answer is not available.
